PILATES FUNDAMENTALS,
INITIAL EQUIPMENT AND MAT CLASS SESSIONS
This private session is scheduled by appointment only and is highly recommended for those discovering Pilates for the first time. It provides the beginner with a one (1) hour class covering the fundamentals of Pilates and it introduces students to the most popular pieces of Pilates apparatus. It also provides the opportunity to practice the fundamental techniques and apply them to the body while performing movements designed specifically for beginners on the mat, Cadillac and Reformer. This session gives the instructor an opportunity to assess the client's strengths and weaknesses and to give recommendations individualized to their specific needs. The Client returns to take a mat class at a later time convenient to them.

One-hour classes include the full intermediate repertoire of mat exercises. It incorporates the use of Pilates props such as the Pilates Arc, rollers, hand and ankle weights, balls and magic circle. Suitable for strong beginners with healthy bodies as well as intermediate or advance clients. Intermediate exercised are modified for beginners and advanced cueing and movements are provided for more advanced students.
GROUP REFORMER SESSIONS
One-hour session. Previous Pilates experience required. Please call and inquire.
EQUIPMENT SESSIONS By Reservation Only
One (1) hour Pilates apparatus classes, are provided on private and semi-private sessions. They combine usage of the Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda chair, and other Pilates apparatus for a challenging, full-body workout. The private and semi-private classes are appropriate and suitable for all levels. The sessions will provide beginners and/or clients with injuries or conditions the opportunity to follow a prescribed repertoire of exercises designed to heal the body through movement while advancing into more challenging exercises. Strong and athletic clients will find these sessions provide a challenging workout with noticeable improvement in posture, strength, flexibility and an overall feeling of well-being.
